What if I choose a wrong size?
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer exchanges for shapewear as they are intimate items. To help you avoid sizing issues, we provide a detailed size guide on each product page under the product description. What if I received a defective item?
If you received a defective item (e.g., non-wearable items or those with non-removable stains), please email us at help@mainichi-intl.com within 7 working days from the date of receipt. Include your order number and a photo of the defect. Our Customer Care team will respond within 1-3 working days to arrange an exchange. If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit. Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, and return it within 7 working days. We’ll reimburse the shipping cost for the least expensive shipping method we recommend.
Can I cancel my order after order has been placed?
Once payment has been made, we are unable to cancel the order for you. However, you can still amend the order if it has not been shipped yet.

How long will the item arrive if I order today? (For both Singapore and International orders)
For Singapore orders, all orders will ship in 1-2 working days and it will reach you in 1-3 working days from our regional warehouse. For international orders, all orders will ship in 1-2 working days and it will reach you in 6-9 working days. If your order hasn’t arrived, you may contact us at help@mainichi-intl.com with your order number. We’ll track your package immediately and, if needed, send a replacement or issue store credit. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll resolve this within 1-3 working days.
