For SG orders. All orders will be processed in 1-2 working days and it will reach you in 1-3 working days.

For all international orders. All orders will be processed in 1-2 working days and it will reach you in 6-9 working days or depending on the shipping methods you choose at checkout. Delivery might subject to delay due to peak periods or unforeseen circumstances. All orders are to be made through our website only. Kindly note that our online store transacts in USD for easy conversion as we shipped worldwide.

We accept payments via Applepay, Paypal and all major credit cards. 

For SG orders, we currently offer free shipping. Free shipping only applies once for each order. We won't be able to send to multiple address for multiple items placed in a single order. So make sure you separate your orders if you would like to ship to different addresses. You can also reach out to help@mainichi-intl.com, we will be able to advise on how much to top-up for delivery cost if you would like to ship to different address.

For international orders, if you have chosen free shipping at checkout. It will be shipped with the least expensive delivery method that we can offer. Items might take longer time to reach. We also do offer registered and express shipping which you can select at checkout.

As our items are intimates, all purchases will be final and they won't qualify for a return for hygiene purposes.

We only accept exchange for incorrect item and defective item sent. However, not for sizing matters as there's a very clear size guide on our product page.

Customers must drop us an email within 7 working days upon receiving their parcel and all returns should be received by our returns department within an additional 7 working days from the above date. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition (without any stains, fragrances, scents including detergent and perfume) or any form of disarray that warrants the item unsuitable for resale.

For sales item, strictly no refund, return/exchange.

If you have received the wrong item, you can reach us at help@mainichi-intl.com. Our team will assist you there in 2-3 working days. We may ask you to mail the item back to us, for which your postage will be reimbursed. The postage fee will be the least expensive delivery method that we recommend. Please note that all items has to be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with its packaging intact to qualify for an exchange. If the item ordered is no longer in-stock, store credit will be issue instead.

Please be assured that all items will go through at least 3 quality checks (production stage - packing stage -fulfilment stage) before they are being sent out. If you believe that you have received a defective item. Simply reach us at help@mainichi-intl.com with your order number as well as a photo of the defective item.

Defective item*- Item received in a poor condition, non-functionally, non-wearable. It must be unwashed and unworn condition to qualify for an exchange.

Item came with a stain that's non removable.

Strictly no cancellation is allowed after payment is made. However, amendment of the order is allowed. Simply drop us an email at help@mainichi-intl.com.

Our fabrics are easy care garment. If you want it to last longer, you can hand-wash it in luke-warm or cold water. Alternatively, you can also machine wash it with a laundry net.
