(Return & Exchange Policy)

What if I choose a wrong size? 

  • We don't offer exchange for our shapewear items due to hygiene purposes as they are intimates. Simply reach out to us if you need help to choose the right size.

What if I received a defective item? 

  • If you received a defective item, simply email us within 7 working days from the date received. Provide us with your order number and a photo of the defective piece.
  • Our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible and assist you with an exchange. If the piece is no longer in-stock, store credit will be issued. Please make sure your items are unworn, unwashed and unaltered to quality for an exchange. We will need you to send the item back to us within the next 7 working days which the shipping cost will be reimbursed. The shipping cost will be the least expensive that we recommend. 

    (Defective item: Items that are non-wearable or has non-removable stain)

 

Can I cancel my order after order has been placed?

  • Once payment has been made, we are unable to cancel the order for you. However, you can still amend the order if it has not been shipped yet. 

 

What if I received an incorrect item?

  • Simply email us at help@mainichi-intl.com, our support team will be able to assist you from there in 1-3 working days.

  • Simply measure your waistline and hipline for a more accurate gauge.
