Purchases of sale items made through TikTok are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges. We kindly ask that you carefully review all product details and sizing information prior to completing your purchase to ensure the best fit and satisfaction.
Return Policy for Incorrect Size (Regular-Priced Items & New Arrivals)
If you have selected an incorrect size for a regular-priced item or new arrival, you may request a return by contacting our Customer Care team at help@mainichi-intl.com. Please note that return requests must not be initiated via TikTok, as all purchases processed through TikTok are final and non-refundable. Returns are subject to our review and must comply with our return criteria to be approved.
Postage fee for the re-delivery of amended sizing are to be paid by customer(s) who selected the incorrect size and chose to request a return/exchange.

If a return request is successfully appealed and approved through TikTok, the item will be considered forfeited. In such cases, no refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued.
